Stories and numbers are different ways of understanding the world. Although clinical practice lives and breathes stories, numbers are often seen as essential to improvements in care.
In this session at our 2022 Autumn Conference, we discussed what we mean by qualitative and quantitative data, their respective strengths and weaknesses, and how they support healthcare improvement.
We also explored how Care Opinion is working with Civica with the goal of bringing stories and numbers together to support greater insight and motivation for change.
Host: Sarah Ashurst, associate director for service quality, Care Opinion
Speakers: Simon Kimber, product manager, Civica, and James Munro, CEO, Care Opinion.
The video recording of this session is available below. I hope you enjoy it!
