A picture says a thousand words

It's always a joy to receive, read and publish positive stories about the NHS, and we get lots of them. The great thing is that people express such a variety of compliments for the NHS, and very often people are grateful for elements of care that might otherwise go unappreciated, for example, a courteous porter or a cleaner who goes the extra mile.

This posting was a particular delight. The patient is clearly full of love for Manchester Road surgery and particularly Dr Marshall and the smiling receptioninsts who they say are 'terrific, always'.

We welcome stories including pictures, and they're certainly every bit as powerful.
