For the second session of Care Opinion’s 2023 Spring Online Conference, we invited three organisations to share their feedback journey with us.

We asked them to consider:

  • How they encourage feedback in their areas?
  • How they use feedback on Care Opinion for learning and change?
  • How they get staff involved in promoting feedback and responding well?
  • How they are using Care Opinion to positively affect staff culture?

Hosted by our very own Fraser Gilmore and Krisztina Patocs, we were delighted to welcome our guest speakers:

Natasha Lee – Paediatric Transport Nurse, Northern Ireland Specialist Transport and Retrieval (NISTAR), Belfast Health & Social Care Trust

Alexander Clements – Patient & Carer Engagement Lead for Mid and North Hampshire, Southern Health NHS Foundations Trust

Julia Barraclough – Service Manager, Open Clinic Sexual Health Services – Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

We were inspired to hear about the feedback journey each of our guests and their organisations have gone on, and don’t worry if you missed the session as you can watch the recording below:
