Our 2023 education conference is on Wednesday 19 July, 9am to 12:30.
Conference details
Healthcare in the UK is feeling increasingly precarious to patients, staff, teachers and students. The future of the NHS is in question, waiting lists continue to grow, providing good care often feels unsustainable and students may feel anxious about the career choice they have made.
In the face of all this, how can health professional educators instil confidence, determination and a sense of hope in their students?
In this free half-day online conference, we’ll explore how patients themselves are “caring for care” through the stories they share online, and how their stories are being used to help build motivation and meaning in our teaching.
The conference will be informal and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. We hope this event will be informative and inspiring, so do join us!
The conference will be online and if you haven't yet registered, follow this link for the registration page.
