We're thrilled to share some heart-warming news with you: a total of 312 touching patient stories have been shared on Care Opinion within our Southern Health Mid and North Hampshire community. What's even more heartening is that these stories have collectively garnered over 11,000 views!

These patient stories are a testament to the incredible resilience, compassion, and strength within our healthcare community. They reflect the remarkable journeys of individuals who have faced health challenges and emerged stronger with the support of our dedicated healthcare providers and the unwavering support of our community.

Every story shared is a shining example of the power of human connection, empathy, and the positive impact we can have on each other's lives. These narratives remind us that behind every medical record is a unique and courageous individual with a story worth telling.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed their stories and to those who have taken the time to read and empathize. As we celebrate this milestone, let's continue to foster an environment of openness, support, and healing. Together, we can make a difference—one story at a time.

What a fabulous testament to the continued engagement from our team, the people and loved ones that we care for.

As more and more teams join I'm always overwhelmed by the service we provide and the stories we see.  Changes have been made as a direct result of stories.  Who wouldn't be proud of such praise worthy outcomes.

Thank you to everyone and yes let's keep going in a way that fosters openess, support and healing.

Those three words warm my soul.

I really appreciate the Blogs to keep us updated Alex

Excellent continued engagement from our Care Opinion team, listening to and supporting the people most in need of our care.

The opportunity for people to respond is spreading across SHFT and our partner organisations and it will make us stronger and better at our work by understanding how it feels to be in receipt of our services.

We can continually improve practice as we are getting to know more about how people respond to our care.

Thank you to all that provide the service and everyone who takes the time to tell us their thoughts.
