On 14th November, my colleague, Emma, and I had the pleasure of delivering one of our Newest webinars - Promoting Care Opinion and How to ask for Feedback.
This webinar combined the information, resources and ideas that we previously delivered in other webinars, with an aim to support subscribers to promote Care Opinion while engaging with patients and service-users.
At the start of the session, we asked participants to tell us how they felt about asking for feedback, and this is what they said:
Before the session...
We asked the same question after the session, and participants told us this is how they felt:
After the session...
Staff seemed to feel more confident, empowered and inspired, however we recognise there will often be some apprehension when asking for feedback - we are only human! Remember to be brave and take the leap...most people want to help and have a say in improving health and care services for all.
