Keeping Track of your Stories with Alerts & Digests - November 23 Training Session

On 29th of November, my colleague Tracy and myself delivered our increasingly popular webinar, entitled 'Keeping track of your stories with Alerts and Digests'.

This session focussed on utilising alert and digest site features, as a way of keeping track of the Care Opinion stories that are important to you. As well as presenting via Powerpoint Live, we shared the live site and demonstrated the different options available when setting up an alert or digest on Care Opinion.

This is a great recording to watch, if you want to understand more about alerts in general and if you'd like to learn how to set these up (remember, "everything starts with a search!") or tweak the alerts you already have so that they are better suited to your needs.
