Meet the Support Team
Hello my name is Tracy Molloy and I am the Subscriber Services Manager at Care Opinion. I manage the support team in the Sheffield office & Stirling office as well as the overall process of support across the organisation. I lead on many of the Mental Health subscriptions in England and have a special interest in addiction services and Primary Care. The favourite part of my role is building strong relationships with the staff we support in subscribing organisations and supporting them to get the most out of their Care Opinion subscription. I love the fact Care Opinion is a value driven organisation and I am proud to work for a social enterprise that helps to give people a voice.
When I’m not at work you will find me in my ‘happy place’, the kitchen, cooking up fantastic feasts for my friends and family or out trying to walk my very stubborn English Bull terrier Reggie.
Hello, my name is Lisa Dendy and I am one of the Engagement & Support Officers based in the Stirling office at Care Opinion. I have worked for Care Opinion for 3 years and I support leads, in various organisations in Scotland, to help promote and engage with patients to generate feedback about health and care services. As part of my role, I also help to moderate stories submitted by authors and get involved in events and social media aspects too. My favourite thing about my role is the relationships I have built with subscription leads. I love collaborating, sharing ideas and working on goals with a shared vision of helping voices be heard.
Out with work, you’ll find me in nature with my border collie, Mearan, or when the weather is particularly bad, with my head in a crime fiction book, while cuddling my cat, Einstein. I also like to practice yoga and meditation and have a keen interest in wellbeing and mental health improvement.
Hello, I’m Liz Bassett and I’m an Engagement and Support Officer at Care Opinion, in the Sheffield office. I work with Health and Social Care Trusts across Northern Ireland, as well as some organisations in England. I particularly enjoy supporting staff to adapt their subscription to fit the particular needs of their organisation. Having worked for over a decade in the NHS I really value being able to play a part in facilitating conversations between frontline staff and service users.
Outside work I enjoy singing in a choir, and hanging out in the Peak District with my Border Collie, Badger.
Hello everyone! I’m Emma and I’m one of the Engagement and Support Officers at Care Opinion-I work predominantly in the Sheffield office, but I wouldn’t get by without the support of my admirable colleagues in the Stirling office. I work with subscriptions across England, right from the north and all way down to the south end of the country. I love working with subscribers and really enjoy developing relationships with so many of the fantastic leads within the trusts. It is a real pleasure to work with such passionate staff who work so hard to keep things moving and developing and who see Care Opinion as a platform for both praise and learning and change.
A former life in education allowed me to share my passion for words and encourage people to see the power in them, working at Care Opinion feels like an extension of this. The Care Opinion platform is an accessible and unrestrictive space for all people, including groups whose voices are more difficult to reach, to share their story-it makes me proud to be part of the Care Opinion platform and team.
My very happy place is in a hot yoga class!
Hi! I’m Danielle and I am one of the Support & Engagement Officers based in the Stirling team. I support many of our health boards, health and social care partnerships and hospices across Scotland. My favourite part of the role is encouraging the celebration of staff, whether it’s a simple email to someone about their fantastic response to a story, delivering training and sharing positive examples of practice with others or speaking directly with people about the wonderful feedback that is being given about them and their service. I love it all!
I truly believe we can learn just as much from what we do well, as we can from what could be improved. In my free time I love getting outdoors with my wee terrier Alfie, doing a spot of bird-watching (I get especially excited when I see an elusive greater-spotted woodpecker!) and listening to various true crime and spooky podcasts whilst doing both of these things.
