Care Opinion allows people to share honest feedback easily and without fear. Stories are directed to wherever they can help make a difference, and everyone can see how and where services are listening and changing in response. We have been working with Care Opinion for over a year, gathering patient feedback on services throughout the Trust. We would like the opportunity to share our story with you.
