'How to' webinar survey results

The subscriber support team work hard throughout the year to help subscribers get the best from their Care Opinion subscription. A big part of that work is done developing and delivering our webinar training programme.

The aim of the programme is to:

• Give subscribers the opportunity to learn how to use the site and functionality of Care Opinion effectively
• Help responders to draft empathetic, impactful and constructive responses to authors, using what we know from previous research and our experience
• Think about how subscribers can use the feedback they receive to make changes in practice and improvements within their service(s)

In September 2024, we asked our subscribers to tell us what we were doing well and what, if anything, they felt we could do better with our current webinar programme. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond and complete the survey, we're very grateful indeed! Overall, we're delighted that you told us we're doing a great job! There's a few helpful and constructive points for us as a team to discuss and action, which we'll update you on at a later date.
