Webinar: Promoting Care Opinion and how to ask for feedback

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent webinar on promoting Care Opinion and encouraging feedback within your service. We were thrilled to see 67 people attend – what a fantastic turnout!

Our goal for this webinar was to help you get the most out of the promotional materials available and to discuss how active promotion by staff can boost the visibility of Care Opinion as an option for the people who use your services. We also highlighted some brilliant examples of what other services are doing to encourage feedback.

Charlotte and I were truly touched by all the kind words you shared about the session. We had some really interesting conversations with many of you afterwards about how to make the most of Care Opinion in your own areas. It was great to hear your thoughts and discuss ideas!
