Stepping into the future: A tribute and a new chapter

Today marks the start of a new chapter for me and for Care Opinion. As I step into the role of CEO, I do so with immense gratitude, a mix of excitement and humility, and a deep commitment to the values that make Care Opinion so special.

Firstly, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to James Munro. Over the past 11 years, James’s leadership, vision, and unwavering belief in the power of people’s voices has shaped Care Opinion into the unique and trusted platform it is today. His dedication has not only helped amplify the public’s experiences of health and care, but has also influenced real change in the way services listen and respond. I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked alongside James for the past 5 years, learning from his wisdom, his passion, and his kindness. Thankfully, his journey with Care Opinion isn’t ending, and I know we will continue to benefit from his experience and insight in the times ahead as our Director of Research & Development.

Looking forward, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for Care Opinion. My goal as CEO is to build on the incredible work that has been done, to strengthen our impact, and to ensure that every voice shared on Care Opinion is heard, valued, and used to shape better care for everyone.

I look forward to working together to take Care Opinion into its next chapter, always keeping people’s voices at the heart of what we do.
