Just been reviewing our November Friends and Family Scores and it's really great to see that 96% of all respondents are highly-likely or likely to recommend the Trust to their friends or family. This is based on over 1,100 responses we had in the month.
In 13 of our 28 wards the result was 100% highly-likely or likely, which is a fantastic achievement.
