The Trust has refreshed the subscription to Patient Opinion and our Patient Experience Team will be responding to posts as other staff come on board to respond also. Please accept our apologies for not responding in a timely manner so far to very important feedback on our services. We will be telling you more about the Patient Experience Team very shortly!
One of the things we have been working on is developing how we learn. One of the things we are learning about is how people would like us to improve our communication. In response one of our initiatives include learning and improvement notice boards in every ward and community team base. These will change every month so that you can see how we are achieving against key quality issues at a Trust and ward/team level and where and how we aim to improve further. If you have an opportunity then please have a look and tell us what you think. Does it tell you what you want to know?
