Claire was named by Patient Opinion as' hero of the day'. here she sums up how using feedback makes her role so rewarding
The value of using patient opinion.
“The great thing about Patient Opinion is that the whole of the nation can access feedback left about your service online, which is why I believe Patient opinion is an invaluable tool for any service and know that the feedback left about your service can have a massive impact on the team.
Personally, the positive feedback our team has received reinforces the great service that our team provides, but it also gives you that warm fuzzy feeling of knowing that you’ve been a part of changing someone’s life for the better! One of the reasons why I love my job! Even if we were to receive negative feedback via patient opinion, I know that a change would be made, and our service would be improved, which just highlights the power of feedback!
I look forward to responding to further postings for the Mansfield and Ashfield Intensive Recovery Intervention Service on Patient Opinion”.
