Patient Opinion is the UK’s leading independent feedback service for health care, and has recently also extended to adult social care, via Care Opinion.

The Berwick Report asked that we "hear the patient voice at every level – even when that voice is a whisper".

Patient Opinion makes this possible. We are hosting a learning event in South London for health/social care providers and commissioners to come along and:

• Understand the service Patient Opinion and Care Opinion offers, and how it helps with the current policy “must-dos”
• Hear from people successfully using our service in acute and community settings, and also in professional education
• Ask questions, discuss best practice and learn about latest developments directly from Patient Opinion’s expert team
• Get set up on the Patient Opinion system so you have an immediate insight into what your patients and carers are saying

Because our focus is on learning, this will be an informal event with plenty of opportunities for sharing experiences and good practice, networking, asking questions, and making sure you get the practical guidance and advice you need.
