It’s been recently brought to our attention that a lot of the work and interactions we have with subscribers ‘behind the scene’ go unnoticed. Considering that a significant amount of these interactions are related to the great work our subscribers do and encouraging other subscribers to follow their lead, we think that examples of good practice should be shared more widely.
Although being a #poHero doesn't come with any prizes, we think it is a prestigious award nonetheless. This is why we have decided that our heroes need to be acknowledged more regularly, and publicly. Since we have not so long ago committed to writing weekly subscriber support blogs, we thought ‘why not feature it in our weekly blogs’?!.
So this is what we are going to do, starting next week. Keep an eye out for the next #poHero :)
