Alerting has never been better!

We wrote a blog post not too long ago where we explained how to set up basic email alerts on the site. Back in March, we published another blog post , where we introduced our new smart alerts system (available only to our subscribers) and proudly announced that our "alerting just got better". Just a few months have passed since and we can confidently say that alerting has never been better!

Smart alerts are easy to set up and ensure that you are making the most out of your subscription by opening up a lot more possibilities of real time engagement with stories on the site.

We have always been keen on capturing the impact Patient Opinion stories have on improving services across the country and our newest smart alerts help you do just that, by allowing you to now keep track of the stories that have no change planned or have a change planned that hasn't been yet made.

If it all sounds a bit complicated, the table below should hopefully simplify it. For more in depth information on how you can make the best out of using these new alerts, you can read James' blog: New alerting to help you use feedback for change.
