After a busy month of raising awareness across the organisation through sharing our presentation on care opinion with our nursing teams as well as lunch and learns at each base, Rennie Grove finally launched on December 1st.
Our implementation plan winged its way up to Clair with a picture of one of our boards which has pride of place at Rennie House. No boasting intended, but we were tickled pink to get our hero sticker and thought we should share that with you all.
Progress so far …..zero stories…….so we have a plan to increase our presence in the St Albans base at Grove House, which is the main building that patients and carers attend for Day hospice, Day services and support groups. We will be looking to raise the profile of Care Opinion with volunteers also, to ensure that all who work with patients have an understanding and can encourage and give out cards as appropriate. Watch this space……………………………….
Wishing all who read this blog a very Happy Christmas and Healthy and Prosperous 2018!
Best wishes from Jo, Jane and Heather and all at Rennie Grove.
