Good news from the Tayside Renal Service. We have had two points of feedback in quick succession. This came on the back of a mail shot to all patients under review within our Supportive Care Service.
We have also publicised care opinion at our recent patient conference.
The Supportive Care specialist nurses are in the process of responding to the recent feedback. We have a number of additional ideas and plans to increase engagement with patients, carers and family.
Tayside Renal Service is up and running!

We are delighted to start getting some feedback!
So far it has been very positive but we are open to all feedback to help us provide the best care possible.

Well done for taking the plunge! I hope the trickle of feedback becomes a steady stream... it can take a while, so don't be disheartened.
And do let us know how we can help if you get stuck. We're all learning together.
