We start this final blog about the Care Opinion Scotland Conference that was held on the 28th of October 2020 with a quote “I’m glad my contribution to a patient’s care made a difference to them and their loved ones.”. This quote came from a member of staff at Kilbryde Hospice and was in reference to receiving positive feedback.
The final session at our conference was titled “The power of stories – A hospice perspective” and our guest speaker for this session was Kilbryde Hospice’s Clinical Services Manager, Margaret Mary Cowan. This session included the launch of a case study video about Kilbryde Hospice from Care Opinion, a presentation from Margaret Mary and finished with a Q&A hosted by Care Opinion's Head of Scotland, Fraser Gilmore.
