South Eastern HSC Trust has launched its Supported Story QI Programme: using Care Opinion to collect patient stories.
Through this programme, we focus on four services per wave with the first wave concentrating on children's inpatients, mental health inpatients, general medicine inpatients and sensory services.
The programme aims to generate a QI action plan per service, to be taken forward locally and with learning shared across the organisation.
The Safe and Effective Care Team facilitates the programme through provision of support to gather the user voice, analysis of the sample gathered and production of a project report and QI action plan.
The programme will connect to Trust mechanisms for sharing learning, through which we wish to widen and accelerate improvement of user experience.
