This week we held the second in our series of online research chats. This week's chat was with Dr Lauren Paige Ramsey, from the Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Translational Research Centre.

We discussed Lauren's research on the different types of response to stories which are posted on Care Opinion.

Lauren's typology divides responses into five types, which also seem to relate to how organisations see the value (or lack of value) in engaging with online patient feedback.

We're looking forward to inviting Lauren back again in the future to talk about more of the findings from her PhD work on online feedback.
