The Trust is celebrating reaching 200 patient stories received through Care Opinion!
It is great to see how the system has been adopted by our service users and how our user voice is influencing change!
It has been very positive for our staff to see kind words of appreciation telling of great standards of care and compassion delivered to our patients.
We are now seeing a number of changes planned and actioned in response to patient stories received.
We now have 251 staff listening and responding to patient stories across our services – which puts us in 6th place in UK for number of responders and supports our 98% rating for responsiveness.
It is so important that all of our patients benefit from having their voice heard and that all of our services benefit from listening to our service users. Our service users are the experience experts in our Trust learning and improvement journey.
