Aligned to our commitment to listen and learn from our service users, South Eastern HSC Trust now has passed the 300 mark for number of system responders - the first NI Trust to do so.
Additionally, the Trust is currently rated by Care Opinion at 99% for responsiveness to service user stories ----- quantity and quality!
It is excellent to see our staff commitment as Care Opinion communicators. The Online User Feedback System is fast becoming a valuable hub for communication and information exchange - helping us to learn and improve in partnership with our experience experts who share their stories with us.
