Dear Colleague

We wish to optimise Trust responsiveness to patient stories.

We consistently rate in the high nineties for responsiveness which is very much above average.

We currently have capacity to add 140 further responders and readers to our Care Opinion system - which would bring us to a total of 500.

Please review within your team and let me know which staff you wish to have added.

Adding staff as responders helps your team / service to maintain high quality responsiveness.

Adding staff as readers allows your team to see exactly what patients are saying about their experience and also allows staff to learn from the experiences of patients using the same services in other organisations.

Please return names of those you wish to add to the system - advising if preference is responder or reader status for each.
