At Care Opinion we now have 16 years’ experience with online patient feedback, alongside a growing body of academic research into the processes, perceptions and outcomes of online feedback for patients and staff.

What have we learned from the experience and evidence to date?

Care Opinion 2021 conference session

In this session I spoke with two leading researchers in the field of patient feedback and complaints:

  • Professor Louise Locock, Health Services Research Unit, University of Aberdeen
  • Dr Alex Gillespie, Associate Professor, Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science, London School of Economics and Political Science

We covered questions such as what we know already about patient feedback in general, about online patient feedback specifically, and what we need to study next.

I'm extremely grateful to Louise and Alex for taking the time out to join us for this session. Thank you!
