During Session 2 at last week’s online conference we brought 3 guest speakers to discuss the question, what has changed or been different about feedback during the pandemic? And how can we use this feedback to help services learn and plan for the future in these challenging times? During this session each of our guests gave a short presentation and then we had a Q&A Plenary where they discussed the questions of our attendees. We covered the challenges and opportunities that came with the feedback and how each service had adapted to the changing situation throughout the pandemic.
