In this interactive webinar, we looked at what makes a good response and shared the best practice framework to help responders feel confident replying to all types of feedback. This included a discussion on what people might want from a reply, as well as the differences between good and not-so-good responses that can be given to story authors.
Attendees learned how online feedback can impact service delivery and improvement, and we included strategies for responding to criticism on a public platform, with lots of examples too!
