In this webinar, we looked at what makes a good response; we discussed how best to overcome responders' initial worries and how to feel confident when responding to feedback. From new responders to someone who's been responding for a while, we helped them to think about what people might want from a response; to understand what makes a good response, and how to create impact from feedback and how to think strategically about responding and change.
At the beginning of the session, our attendees expressed how they felt about responding to feedback and overall; they were on the anxiety-nervous-stressed spectrum as you can see on the word cloud below.
By the end of the session, we felt our attendees gained confidence and more of them will see responding as a 'privilege' onwards.
