Invitation links will continue to work:
- Throughout the term of your subscription
- Even if your subscription moves to a lower level or ends
In both cases people can still share the link and use it to tell stories, and it will continue to work for authors telling stories: customisation, tags and service suggestion will still happen in the storytelling workflow, and the link code will be added to stories.
If your subscription changes or ends
If your subscription ends or moves to a lower level without this feature, then:
- the invitation links will still exist, but members cannot access them to add, update or delete them
- the invitation links will still work for authors telling stories: customisation, tags and service suggestion will still happen in the storytelling workflow, and the link code will be added to stories
- active members with relevant alerts will still get alerted as before to any existing invitation links
- reporting and visualisation tools will become inaccessible to members, and scheduled reports/vis will not create any new instances
