Reports you create about stories and responses can be scheduled for regular delivery to you or other members of your subscription.

Examples of scheduled reports

  • a list of new stories and responses sent to you and your manager every other week
  • a summary of stories sent to committee members every 3 months
  • a list of stories which are critical but lack a response sent to you every Monday

To schedule a report

First, create and save your report. It is a good idea to preview the report to make sure it is what you want.

You can add a schedule to your report

  • when you first create and save it
  • or later, by finding the report on your saved things page

Add the schedule and recipients

Once your report is saved, use the "add schedule" button to schedule it:

When you first add a schedule to your report, we suggest some delivery settings to get you started:

  • the schedule might be "the first Monday of every month"
  • the format might be "PDF"
  • the distribution list will be to "you alone"

Click/tap the text of each setting to see options for changing it.

How to set a schedule

You can add other members of your subscription to the distribution list for a report.

Remove the schedule

If you don't want us to deliver the report any longer, click/tap the "remove schedule" button:

Or you can delete the report completely with the Remove button.
