What I liked

The staff on the Nidderdale ward were amazing. The nurses were exceptional as were all the support staff, cleaning crew and tea ladies. I was treated with dignity, respect and sincerity at all times. The rooms were very clean and there was a substantial variety of choice for food. Thankyou!

What could be improved

I personally didn't experience this, but was witness to it for other patients - despite the best efforts of the nursing staff, the doctors were not always as quick to respond to some of the requests to attend patients needs.

Anything else?

The support staff are sometimes forgotten and i just wanted to reiterate how wonderful they were in helping to cheer us up and pass the time :)
