I think the care I had was excellent. The fast treatment I received made a huge difference. The nursing staff, although extremely busy made sure that everyone was cared for. There are no negative comments, I am very very grateful for all that was done as far as my treatment is concerned.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
