Required a hip replacement and I was booked for Kilmarnock and at short notice I was asked if I could go to Ayr which I jumped at the chance. Station 11 in Hospital I was 3rd on the list and the staff were extremely considerate in my waiting time for operation. The surgeon came from Crosshouse for my operation.
Afternoon came and all staff in pre op dept and all staff leading up to operation were very reassuring. After op the post staff and all involve took me back to the ward where I was on my feet later the same day to the loo. Staff nurses Marie, Michelle, Fraser & one I have forgot and apologise for forgetting her name, were all super brilliant and made my stay amazingly easy and we all had a nice recovery period in Station 11. The nurses who tidied up and the cleaner were all so helpful. From My wife and myself I sincerely Thank them All, Believe me thank you is not enough for what they All did for my stay in hospital.
"All the staff were very reassuring"
