"All my concerns evaporated by the time that I departed"

Attended Pre Assessment. Met at the Department by Corin. The young lady explained to me every detail of what I could expect once the surgery was carried out. She took blood samples etc and completed all relevant details on her extensive questionaire. All relevant documentation was handed to me for perusal. I will admit that I did have some concerns prior to our meeting. However, they had all evaporated by the time that I departed. I must say that Corin, together with her colleagues who I met, are a credit to the NHS. My thanks to you all.
