(as the patient),

Recently I have had 2 occasions to make use of NHS24 on 111. I would like thank the operators, clinicians & NHS staff who make up this service. I can only say thank you for relaying calmness to ensure I knew I was being treated in the best possible manner. The following are names I have managed to recall: Audrey, Rebecca, Edith, Alan

With some additional detail from you, we can absolutely identify the staff who managed your calls and share your kind comments with them..
