Delighted about the service I received at the diabetic eye clinic, in particular in the reception area, the reception staff and auxiliary nurse were very helpful. I had to wait a while after my appointment as had drops in my eyes but they made me a nice cup of tea and gave me a biscuit. It was very nice. The place and environment was nice and fresh.
Elaine & Alana (nurse & receptionist) staff were amazing with me, I have several health conditions and they helped me greatly. One of the best experiences I've had when I've attended any clinic. I think giving feedback is important as people in the NHS work hard. Many Thanks.
