"Mental Health Care at Goldtops"

Found this service abysmal.

I found this service increased existing mental health problems due to the complete farcical communication (or complete lack of ) between departments . Absolutely dreadful communication from reception when arranging appointments.

On numerous occasions I have had to present myself in person to find out what is happening with my appointments and referrals. Nobody knows what is going on between departments. Was referred for counselling had an over the phone assessment and been told I’d receive a phone call the following week and absolutely nothing!!!

There seems to be  turnover of staff which speaks volumes and is very concerning 

Needs serious looking into based on my experience
