"Staff put me at ease for MRI scan"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital

(as a service user),

Had to attend the Golden Jubilee Hospital for an MRI scan as requested by my neurologist at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I went on Wednesday afternoon. Procedure was straightforward. The staff put me at ease as I get a bit anxious with these things, didn't need to worry though as my procedure went smoothly.

The whole hospital from reception to ward was spotlessly clean. Hand sanitiser stations throughout. It really makes a change when the wards are brightly lit, with information posters throughout.
