I was told I could book an appointment through the app online.
I find this is so difficult to do it is not viable. I think the app is not user friendly which is very bad if you feel unwell or are not a technology expert.
It only gave 2 appointment options for vaccinations and something else and no Gp appointments were listed.
As a full time employed person I can’t make an appointment in work time. I can’t see what late appointments there might be available. I am not allowed to use my phone at work apart from my break time. I can never get through in time on my break. Even after waiting on hold for 15 minutes.
Currently I do not rate the service as a viable service to people. I feel that all means of communication are failing.
