From the moment I arrived at the Endoscopy unit at Ormskirk Hospital I was treated very well by all the staff - from the receptionist to the nurses and the consultant.
The staff are calm, caring and friendly.
They are professional and yet kind throughout.
I had an endoscopy under sedation and felt that the staff supported me through the whole process and explained my diagnosis at the end.
