I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of care I have received by one staff nurse on Swift ward/ Wells wing, Epsom Hospital, Dorking Road. Their attitude towards myself and other patients I observed is not at all acceptable. This nurse is so cold and rude and it is so obvious that they don't enjoy their job.I was not treated with respect at all. The nurse is abrupt and they made me feel very unwelcome. I was shocked by their approach to me and I hope management will address this issue and retrain the nurse to the better manner. Also the nurse didn't smile once at me.Also toilet by waiting room I used was filthy with old urine patches on the floor. I pray to God that I will never end up on this ward again.
