"Good experience with difficult situation"

After reading the recent bad reviews of MSI before my appointment, I was nervous and worried. However, my experience was a positive one.

I contacted MSI and was given an appointment 10 days later, which was better than the 4 week wait I’d been given by another clinic. I had the phone consultation within the specific time given and was able to have the second phone consultation that same afternoon.

I didn’t know that MSI did two phone consultations until I read the reviews, so I was worried how long I would have to wait for that originally. Nevertheless, I had both appointments on the same day.

I was advised that the medical abortion medication would be posted 1st class after my phone call which was about 2pm. This phone call was on a Thursday, so I expected the pills to arrive Monday. To my surprise, it arrived the next day.

I found MSI quick and reliable for their care. Abortion is extremely upsetting and never taken lightly, however I felt that I had the support of the lovely women I spoke to, if I wanted it.

Don’t let the bad reviews worry you, I had a positive experience.
