Care Opinion provides a wide range of built-in features to subscribers, such as alerting, reporting, data visualisations and so on.
Your access to these features, and the number of staff who can use them, depends on the level of your active subscription.
To see your current subscription level, term, and range of features available, select your subscription name in the drawer to go to your subscription(s) page.

Free starter level subscriptions (registration)
If you are on a free starter level subscription (also called "registration") then you will not have access to many of the features. To access a wider range of features, or add more staff, you'll need to upgrade your subscription.
